Training for Middle Leaders

Training and formation for middle leaders in Catholic Schools

We are delighted to be able to respond to a request from a number of Catholic Head teachers for training and formation of middle leaders in our schools. To this end we would like to invite middle leaders from your school to undertake the following course provided by EducareM and serving Head teachers. The course will comprise of 2 full days on

Tuesday 28th February 2017 and Thursday April 27th 2017.


Who is the training for?

Teachers in middle leadership posts in all schools.

Teachers who are aspiring to be Middle Leaders in the coming year.

Teachers who feel they need to develop their knowledge and understanding of the mission of the Church in education.



1. To enable aspiring/middle leaders to recognise and articulate their leadership roles as part     

    of the mission of the Church in education today.

2. To reflect on the process of change and transformational leadership.

3. To explore ways in which the curriculum in a Catholic school delivers Catholic teaching

    and values through;

  • SMSC
  • Social teaching of the Church
  • PSHE/Citizenship
  • Values/Virtues education


Day 1.  Tuesday 28th February 2017   CCLA, Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4ET.

Day 2.  Thursday April 27th 2017

Cost. £50 per person for full course.
